A Well-Choreographed Wedding

Danielle and Morgan hired our Special Moments Event Planning team for Wedding Day Management services to help choreograph their wedding day.

Their day began with photographing their details while they got ready for the special moments to come.

 

First Look

After hair and makeup and getting dressed, it was time for the couple’s first look, tucked away where arriving wedding guests wouldn’t see Danielle; she made her way down to see Morgan. It was adorable to see him get a bit emotional.

 

A Beachside Wedding Ceremony

The Sandpearl’s Gulf Lawn is the site of the beautiful beachside wedding ceremony. A wedding structure swagged with beautiful flowers was constructed at the beach’s edge. Beautiful urns of brightly colored flowers and petals lead to the waterfront ceremony space.

Danielle made her way down the resort’s staircase out of view of the guests. There, she met up with her father, who escorted her down the aisle to the sound of a string quartet.

Surrounded by an intimate group of family and friends, the couple exchanged wedding vows before sealing them with a kiss.

 

Strolling on the Beach

Following the wedding ceremony, the newlyweds took some family photos before heading off for a walk on the beach. They returned to sip some cocktails and enjoy lite bites with guests during cocktail hour. As guests made their way inside the ballroom, the couple took a few beautiful sunset photos.

 

Dinner and Dancing

Inside, the ballroom is bathed in soft pink lighting to highlight the beautiful décor. Tables are draped in crisp white linens and topped with magnificent pale peach and white floral arrangements. Golden charger plates are layered with soft pink napkins and custom menu cards.

The couple was seated at a crescent-shaped sweetheart table in the center of the room with their wedding cake to one side. The three-tiered textured buttercream cake was accented with hand-painted gold coral and sugar shells.

Following introductions, the couple began the evening with one of the best choreographed first dances our team has ever seen – and they had so much fun doing it! The evening continued with a delicious multi-course dinner, toasts, and plenty of dancing!
