Latoya and Josh’s St. Pete Wedding

Latoya and Josh’s St Pete wedding was as unique as they are. This incredible couple met online and had their first date at an arcade in Ybor City. And, as they say, the rest is history!

 

 

For Latoya and the ladies, the day began with hair, makeup, a little lunch, and getting dressed. In between, it was time to capture some images of the invitations, wedding rings, and personal items. Dressed and ready for photos, the ladies headed to Vinoy Park.

 

 

Meanwhile, Josh and the guys were in another part of the park, looking sharp and ready for their photo session.

 

 

A First Lookin In Vinoy Park

After some photos with their wedding parties, it was time for the bride and groom to see each other for the first time. They are just so darn cute together!

 

 

After their first look, it was time for some family photos before heading back to the wedding venue for their rooftop wedding ceremony.

Can’t Take My Eyes Off Of You!

Up on the roof, the venue’s hexagon-shaped wedding structure was decorated with lush pampas grass leading up the aisle.

 

 

As night fell, Latoya made her way down the aisle to “Can’t Help Falling In Love.” The birds and groom exchanged wedding rings and vows in a touching ceremony. They sealed their vows with a kiss before heading up the aisle to “Can’t Take My Eyes Off Of You” under a shower of lavender tossed by their guests.

 

 

Cocktail, Hors d’Oeuvres, and a Sneak Peek

Following the wedding ceremony, guests enjoyed Cocktails and hors d’oeuvres, including Beef Empanadas, Stuffed Shrimp, and Avocado Bruschetta.

Meanwhile, the newlyweds headed into the ballroom for a sneak peek at their incredible decor and a quick spin around the dance floor.

 

 

A Magical Night

The beautiful wedding structure and lush pampas grass were relocated inside the ballroom to frame the couple’s sweetheart table. 

 

 

Long tables were draped with crisp linens and layered with gold-toned charger plates, grasses, flowers, and candles. The Boho details worked well with the venue’s exposed brick and herringbone-patterned wood plank floors.

 

 

With everyone seated, the newlyweds made their grand entrance and took to the dance floor for their first dance to “Prayed For You.”

 

 

The evening continued with several family dances, toasts, and a delicious multi-course dinner. Latoya and Josh had a magical night, surrounded by family, friends, and lots of love.
