A Hyatt Clearwater Beach Love Story

Marcey and Richard are an incredible couple and we loved their Hyatt Clearwater Beach wedding. Our Special Moments Event Planning team loved watching them interact together. And watching their family and friends surround them with love warms your heart.

 

 

 

I Vow To Share With You Happiness And Bliss

Their Hyatt Clearwater Beach wedding ceremony was held on the resort’s 8th floor, Caladesi Terrace. The views overlooking the Gulf of Mexico and the beach were incredible.

 

The terrace was set with white garden chairs and a table for the elements for communion and their sand ceremony. The seemingly simple green garland was studded with beautiful white calla lilies and delicate yellow oncidium orchids. 

 

 

The couple’s family and friends included many talented musicians who shared their gifts throughout the ceremony and reception.

 

 

With everyone in place, the bride made her entrants to ‘Long as I Live’ by Jaheim. Her groom-to-be waited patiently for her arrival.

 

 

The couple exchanged rings and wedding vows, accepted communion, and blended their lives in a sand ceremony before sealing their union with a kiss. The song Signed, Sealed, Delivered was the perfect choice for their recessional.

 

 

 

Ori, English, and Sunsets

Following the ceremony, the couple invested lots of time in taking photos with family and friends. 

They included their two fur babies, Ori and English, during their portrait session.

 

 

Meanwhile, guests enjoyed cocktail hour, which included delicious Coconut Shrimp, Crab Cakes, Cuban Sandwiches, and Scallops Wrapped in Bacon.

 

Dinner and Dancing

In the resort’s Caladesi Ballroom, everything was in place for a night filled with food, family, and fun.

Tables were draped in crisp white linens and surrounded by clear acrylic chairs. The table tops included glass charger plates with shimmering edges and custom thank-you notes. The centers of the tables were filled with tall vases overflowing with greenery and carried the calla lilies and orchids into the reception.

 

Soft flowing drapery and uplighting filled the wall behind the couple’s sweetheart and cake tables. Their three-tiered white wedding cake was dressed with the same orchids and lilies, bringing the design full circle. The couple’s fantastic dessert table was on the other side of the space, filled with tasty treats for later in the evening.

 

 

The newlyweds made their grand entrance and enjoyed a delicious buffet dinner before taking to the dance floor for their first dance to ‘All My Life.’

 

 

The evening continued with special music by family and friends, touching toasts, dessert, and a last dance to ‘Ain’t No Mountain High Enough.

We were so happy to be part of this incredible couple’s special moments.
