Here Comes The Love of Your Life

To say that working with MaryEllen and Kenny was a pleasure might just be the understatement of the year. You see, theirs was the second wedding where our Special Moments Event Planning team worked with MaryEllen’s family.  And now they just hired us for wedding number three for later this year; the last of the three girls!

Our team worked with them from the very beginning. Tammy assisted with potential locations and went on site visits with the couple and the mother of the bride.

 

Downtown

The Vault and downtown Tampa were the ideal locations for them, while their guests stayed at Le Meridien Hotel where the guys got dressed and the Aloft Tampa where the bridal party got ready.

MaryEllen wore a beautiful gown with a rhinestone belt and crystal embellishments from her shoulders, continuing along the straps down her back. Her bridal bouquet started the color story with deep rich burgundy dahlias, white garden roses, ranunculus, and seeded eucalyptus.

Kenny looked handsome in his classic tuxedo with light grey vest and necktie, burgundy boutonniere and Florida Gator socks!

The aisle at St Patrick’s Catholic Church was dressed with billowing clusters of white flowers and greenery tied to the church pews with satin ribbon, with large colorful arrangements across the back of the altar.

After exchanging their wedding vow MaryEllen, Kenny and their guests were transported to The Vault for an evening of dinner and dancing.

 

Slate and Burgundy

The ballroom was dressed with deep slate colored linen, burgundy napkins and tall glass cylinders containing arrangements of white hydrangea, blush and white roses with touches of deep burgundy. The long head table was adorned with all of the wedding party bouquets and clusters of mercury glass votive candles, with ornate oversized white chairs and a swag of flowers marking the couple’s seats.

The couple and their families decided to donate their wedding flowers to Random Act of Flowers.

 

Ice Cream, Dancing, and A Photo Booth

After the couple’s first dance and an amazing dinner, guests enjoyed a photo booth provided by photographer Jason Angelini.Cold Stone Creamery brought their marble slabs to The Vault and created their made to order ice cream, just as they do in their stores.

At the end of the evening, MaryEllen and Kenny headed outside for some iconic downtown Tampa photos.
