A Luxurious Tarpon Springs Wedding

This luxurious Tarpon Springs wedding was certainly a family affair, and that’s exactly how our Special Moments Event Planning team met our bride and groom, Dominique and Tommy.

We first met this couple at Michelle and Chris’ Clearwater Beach wedding, Tommy is the bride’s cousin.

Tommy is also the nephew of our dear friends and colleagues Amanda and Kabe of Gabro Event Services – who truly knocked it out of the park with the details of this fantastic wedding.

 

Fast, Furious, and Fabulous!

We know the last year made wedding planning hectic for many couples, and this was no exception. The bride and groom hired our Special Moments team in late September for this incredible December wedding. We assisted them from start to finish, including helping them with the construction of a wedding website. And, did we mention they live out of state in Arizona?

However, with the work of a super talented team, the results were fabulous!

 

Dominique and Tommy

The bride and her wedding party began their day with onsite hair and makeup services. There were lots of getting ready photos and plenty of details.

Dominique looked stunning in both of her wedding gowns. The accessories and her beautiful wedding bouquet added to the soft, romantic feel of this luxurious wedding.

Tommy, wearing a very traditional Black-Tie look, was quite handsome. Getting ready at his parents’ home, he and the guys made their way to the church. Meanwhile, in traditional fashion, his family made their way to the hotel to greet the bride.

 

I Do

The wedding ceremony began with Dominique’s entrance, escorted by her mother, to “Canon in D.” The couple exchanged their wedding vows in a very traditional ceremony, surrounded by family and friends, followed by lots of family photos in their beautiful, ornate church.

While the couple headed off for their portrait session, wedding guests made their way to the reception and a cocktail hour with an open bar and a vast assortment of hand-passed hors d’oeuvres.

 

For The First Time As Husband and Wife

Our newlyweds arrived at the venue and were introduced to a song by Jay Z and Kanye West. This led to a Syrian song officially introducing them as husband and wife, with all of the guests joining in dancing to Syrian music. The first of several dance sets ended with the couple’s first dance to “Perfect’ by Leroy Sanchez.

The Look Of Love

The reception décor was breathtaking, with the entire space draped in flowing white fabric from floor to ceiling.

Gold chivari chairs complimented the gold-rimmed charger plates, flatware, and floral risers. The crisp white linens and pale pink napkins were the ideal backdrops for a room overflowing with soft pink and white floral arrangements.

Their raised sweetheart table with a gold-rimmed vintage loveseat, floral arch, and romantic detailing ensured all eyes were on this incredible couple.

The evening was filled with touching toasts, special family dances, and fantastic food. It was definitely a family affair, and you could feel the love everywhere.
