Under The Stars at The Powel Crosley Estate

Last fall, Heather and Carlos worked with our Special Moments Event Planning team, choosing one of our Wedding Day Management  Collections.

Wedding Day Management was the ideal option for their intimate, 60-person Powel Crosley Estate wedding. It allowed the couple, who had put all the pieces together, to relax and enjoy their wedding day surrounded by family and friends.

 

Get Ready!

For Heather, the day began with hair and makeup onsite at The Powel Crosley Estate. Meanwhile, photographers captured images of her gown and special wedding details, along with some fun with her wedding party.

After getting ready with the guys, Carlos was ready to see his bride-to-be for the first time.

 

Meet Me In The Ship Room

With Carlos tucked away in The Powel Crosley Estate’s Ship Room, Heather made her way for their first look – these two are too cute together!

An Everlasting Love

The beautiful outdoor ceremony took place on The Powel Crosley Estate’s steps, with Heather making her way down the aisle to The One by Kodaline.

The ceremony was filled with personal and touching moments as the couple exchanged their wedding vows and rings, surrounded by family and friends.

Sealing their vows with a kiss, the couple headed out to This Will Be by Natalie Cole for some family photos while guests enjoyed cocktail hour.

Dinner and Dancing

Inside the estate, everything was in place for the couple’s delicious dinner. The vintage décor, paired with crisp linens, gold chivari chairs, floral centerpieces, and charger plates layered with custom menu cards, set the scene for a fantastic evening,

The couple began their reception on the terrace at sunset. The newlyweds made their entrance to Crazy in Love by Beyoncé and JayZ before their first dance to Todo Cambio by Camila.

The events continued outside with parents’ dances and a welcome by the newlyweds before heading inside for dinner.

Dancing Under The Stars

After dinner and a yummy mini donut station, the party continued outside. Under the stars, everyone danced the night away.

After a fabulous night, the party ended with Celebration by Kool and the Gang. Meanwhile, newlyweds Heather and Carlos made their grand exit!
