Tampa Sunsets and Sparkler Send-offs

Our Special Moments Event Planning team met Courtney and Matthew at an open house for their caterer; the rest is history. They hired our team for Wedding Day Management, and we had a fantastic time working with them.

 

A Split Decision

Split formals are the technical term for when a couple decides NOT to see each other before the wedding ceremony.  Each partner does separate portraits as well as photos with their respective wedding parties and families.

Courtney spent the morning with her wedding party. The photographers shot detailed photos, portraits, and then images of her with her wedding party and her family. 

 

 

Meanwhile, in a separate location, Matthew did the same thing with his wedding party and family.

 

 

With This Ring

With the beautiful outdoor ceremony set, it was ceremony time. Matthew and both wedding parties were in place. But this young man had to make his big appearance before  Courtney, escorted by her mother, made her way down the aisle.

 

 

The couple exchanged wedding vows and rings, surrounded by family and friends. They then sealed their vows with a kiss before making their exit. 

 

 

Cocktails and Wedding Party Photos

As guests made their way to cocktail hour, the couple took some time for some fun photos with their entire wedding party. They also took some time for wedding portraits as well as family photos.

 

 

Dancing The Night Away

Inside, the ballroom was set for a night of delicious food and lots of dancing.

The reception was picture-perfect, from the incredible ceiling draping and uplighting to the floral arrangements and coordinating napkins.

 

 

The newlyweds kicked off the evening with a big entrance and took to the dance floor for their first dance as husband and wife.

 

 

Following their parent dances and blessing, the couple and their guests enjoyed a delicious dinner before the couple snuck off for some sunset photos along Tampa Bay.

 

 

The night continued with several touching toasts, the cake cutting, and lots of dancing before our couple said Good Night with a fantastic sparkler sendoff!
