Love You Most – A Tampa Wedding

Celia and Rick hired our Special Moments Event Planning team a little over a month before the wedding to pull together all of the details and create a flow for the entire day.

The couple spent the morning with each of their wedding parties relaxing and getting ready at Hilton Tampa Downtown.

 

The Bride

Celia looked amazing in her lace gown with an illusion neckline and a long sweeping train. She carried a hand-tied bouquet of white and deep burgundy roses, silver dollar eucalyptus, Italian ruscus, and red hypericum berries.

 

Rick And The Guys

Rick looked very handsome in his blue vested suit with a white bow tie and pocket square. The guys wore blue suits with red neckties and matching pocket squares.

 

 

After photos with their wedding parties, each group was transported by limousine and shuttled to the wedding chapel.

 

Henderson Chapel Wedding Ceremony

The wedding day was filled with custom printed details that included a beautiful welcome sign outside of the intimate brick wedding chapel.

 

 

Inside the chapel, the dark wood pews were dressed with clusters of greenery with red and white roses. The altar was adorned with a more modern asymmetric ceremony structure of greenery and roses that was later repurposed at the wedding reception.

 

 

Rick waited anxiously for the arrival of his bride-to-be and their intimate wedding ceremony, surrounded by family and friends.

 

 

Immediately following their wedding ceremony, the couple took formal photos at the church while guests made their way to the Tampa Garden Club.

 

 

The Holiday Wedding Reception

Wedding guests gathered in the club’s conservatory and gardens for the cocktail hour that included an open bar, a cheese, and dry fruit display and delicious butler passed hors d’oeuvres which included Grilled Shrimp Satay and Braised Short Rib Shooters.

 

 

Inside the ballroom, two long tables were draped in crushed iridescent linen and set with dark rattan chargers, tan napkins and individual tins of Holiday Roast coffee.

The center of each table was lined with holiday greenery, red and white roses, pine cones and white twinkle lights.

 

 

At the end of the room, a rectangular sweetheart table was dressed in a similar style with a large grapevine hoop and large letters reading “Mr. & Mrs.”

 

 

The newlyweds made their way to the Garden Club just in time for some sunset photos along Bayshore drive before heading inside. After formal introductions, the couple had their first dance to “All of Me” by John Legend before being joined by the entire wedding party for “Can’t Stop the Feeling” by Justin Timberlake

 

 

The evening was filled with amazing food, touching wedding toasts by friends and the couple’s children and the dance floor was packed all night long.

The evening came to an end with the couple sharing an amazing chocolate wedding cake along with some Buddy Brew Coffee, a nod to their first date.
