Sunset At The Sandpearl Resort

Dotti and Lance are one of the sweetest couples. Being around them makes you smile and our Special Moments Event Planning team enjoyed being part of their Clearwater Beach wedding.

Dotti looked so beautiful in a soft white, tiered wedding gown with a lace applique bodice. The barefoot sandals matched the lace in her gown and were perfect for their beach wedding ceremony.

She carried a bouquet of red and white roses accented by succulents and a special photo locket woven into the satin ribbon.

A birchwood wedding arch was wrapped in soft powder blue fabric that matched the colors in the wedding party’s attire, and was accented with clusters of red and white flowers.

Lance, dressed in khaki slacks and a blue linen shirt, waited anxiously for their wedding ceremony to begin. A ukulele strummed as Dotti’s father escorted her across the sand.

The couple exchanged their wedding vows as the sun began to set over the Gulf of Mexico. The ceremony included Dotti sharing a few sweet words and a gift with Lance’s daughter, Hannah, their flower girl.

Wedding guests enjoyed the sound of steel drums during cocktail hour on the pool lawn, while the wedding party finished a few pictures before sunset.

The sun set as everyone was invited inside to the Harbor Ballroom. The tables, draped in soft white linen and dressed with centerpieces of white hydrangea and red roses were surrounded by floating and gold votive candles. Fun light blue beer koozies with Dotti and Lance’s names and wedding date sat at each place setting.

Dotti and Lance entered the ballroom and made their way to the dance floor for their first dance to “Love Someone” by Jason Miraz.

After a blessing and a few special toasts, wedding guests enjoyed a delicious dinner and danced the night away. Guests stopped long enough for some fun in the photos booth and for Dotti and Lance to cut their beautiful wedding cake.

The evening came to a close with “Don’t Stop Believing” by Journey as the couple’s last dance.
