Serena and Gary’s Tampa Garden Club Wedding

Serena and Gary’s Tampa Garden Club wedding in Navy, gold, and white with accents of red had all the feels! It had personal touches and fantastic family moments, and Serena looked stunning, and we loved Gary’s dress blue uniform.

Let’s Get The Day Started

For Serena and her wedding party, the day started with hair and makeup, a little bubbly, and having all of her bridal accessories photographed.

Across town, Gary and his guys were chilling out and getting ready.

Time With Dad

One of the day’s most special moments was Serena’s first look with her dad before heading to the Tampa Garden Club across the bay.

Ah-mazing!

The couple’s wedding ceremony decor was ah-mazing. Our Special Moments Event Planning team created the welcome sign and other printed materials.

The room was washed with natural light from the floor-to-ceiling windows. Gold chiavari ballroom chairs sat on either side of a crisp white aisle runner adorned with red rose petals.

At the end of the aisle, the ceremony space was draped in flowing white fabric with strands of crystals and tea lights in tiny glass bubbles. Two trees with delicate white blooms created an arch-like effect to frame the couple. And the navy tablecloth on the ceremony table made everything pop.

Fall For You

With everything in place, Gary made his way down the aisle. We loved the look of a blue dress uniform; he looked so handsome.

The Ring Bearer and Flower Girls were adorable!

It was finally time for Serena’s entrance. Escorted by her dad, she made her entrance to ‘Fall For You’ by Leena James.

Serena and Gary exchanged rings and vows in a touching ceremony that included family and friends. Sealing their vows with a kiss (or two), they headed off for some wedding photos.

Cocktails and Photographs

While family and friends enjoyed cocktails and hors d’oeuvres, the newlyweds headed off for some photos.

Many family and wedding party photos were taken throughout the day, with a few taken before Serena and Gary’s portrait session.

Blue, Gold, and White

Guests were able to find their seating assignments on a striking blue and gold seating chart. Just inside the ballroom was a beautiful projection of the newlyweds’ names and wedding date.

The ceiling of the ballroom was swagged in flowing white fabric. Below, tables were draped in navy tablecloths and set with gold chargers and chiavari chairs. Flowering white trees accented the center of each table.

The look was completed with Navy blue napkins in chunky gold rings, custom menu cards, gold table numbers, and votive candles.

The couple’s sweetheart table was dressed in navy and overflowed with beautiful flowers. We loved the gold accents.

Last but certainly not least was the couple’s three-tiered wedding cake, created by a family friend. The matte white, shimmering gold, and ruffled blue layers were beautiful.

Dinner and Dancing

After introductions, our newlyweds took to the dance floor for their first dance. This was followed by a blessing and a salad course.

Our couple snuck away for some incredible sunset photos before returning to the reception for a delicious dinner buffet.

The buffet dinner included:

Grilled Jerk Chicken with Mango Salsa

Maine Lobster Tail with Drawn Butter

Braised Brisket with Vegetable Jardiniere

Pear Shaped Potatoes with Almond Crust, Haricot Vert, and Pattypan Vegetable Medley

After dinner, family and friends shared some touching toasts, and our couple had a little fun playing the Shoe Game.

Serena, Gary, and their guests danced the night away and enjoyed some wedding cake before sending the newlyweds off under a shower of sparklers.

Congratulations, Serena and Gary! We are so honored to be part of your special moments.
