Sea Glass and Sunshine

Sea glass and Sunshine wove their way throughout Jamie and Kevin’s beautiful Clearwater Beach wedding. This simple, elegant wedding was infused with personal details and was a pleasure to watch unfold.

A Wedding Without Details Is Like A Day Without Sunshine

In traditional fashion, Jamie and Kevin’s day began with time with their wedding parties, hair and makeup for the ladies, a little lunch, and lots of wedding detail photos.

We Love Awesome First Looks

Dressed and ready to go, Jaime had a first look with her father in her suite.

Then, it was time for her first look with her groom-to-be!

Having spent some time together, the couple used their pre-ceremony time wisely, taking lots of wedding parties and family photos early in the day.

With This Ring

The venue’s Sky terrace was dressed with white garden chairs adorned with clusters of white flowers. The aisle led to a hexagon-shaped, white ceremony structure draped with white fabric and accented with white flowers.

With everyone in place, Jamie, escorted by her parents, made her way to her anxiously awaiting groom. With Clearwater Beach and the Gulf of Mexico as their backdrop, the couple exchanged vows and wedding rings.

Sunset Wedding Photos and Local Fare

Following their wedding ceremony, the couple headed off for a walk on Clearwater Beach and some sunset wedding photos.

Meanwhile, wedding guests enjoyed Cocktail Hour with some fun local flavors. Their Cocktail Hour menu offerings included:

Florida Heirloom Tomato Bruschetta with Shaved Parmesan

Key Lime Marinated Gulf Shrimp with Tropical Salsa

Bite-Sized Cuban Sandwich with Whole Grain Mustard Sauce

Petite Crab Cake with Passion Fruit Mayo

And how fabulous is this bar menu with Signature cocktails that included Something Old, Something New, Something Borrowed, and Something Blue!

Touches of Sea-Glass

Wedding guests were able to find their seats with the couple’s custom; sea glass accented seating chart.

Inside the ballroom, tables were draped in crisp white linens. Centerpieces were constructed with collections of clear glass cylinders filled with sea glass and floating candles. Sea-glass table numbers added a little more color to the tablescape.

One of our favorite elements was a custom menu card that also included a thank you from the couple and a fun crossword puzzle where the hits were facts about the bride and groom!

I Don’t Want To Miss A Thing

With wedding guests seated and introductions completed, the newlyweds took to the dance floor for their first dance as husband and wife to ‘I Don’t Want To Miss A Thing,’ by Boyce Avenue.

This was followed by a Welcome and Thank you by the Father of the Bride and a few touching toasts.

For their multi-course wedding reception, the couple chose an incredible menu.

Appetizer Course

Braised Short Rib with Creamy Polenta, & Smoked Tomato Vinaigrette

Entree Selection

Duo Plated Grilled Filet Mignon with Roasted Garlic Demi-Glace paired with Herb Rubbed French-cut Chicken Breast with Apple, Pear, and Dried Cherry Mostarda served with Corn and Herb Risotto and Honey Baby Carrots.

Assorted Breads and Dinner Rolls with Butter

Following dinner, the couple cut their incredible tow-tiered wedding cake hand brushed with touches of seafood and light grey.

The newlyweds took to the dance floor again for their parent dances and continued dancing the night away.

The night ended with the newlyweds and their wedding party heading outside for some fun with sparklers.
