Our Special Moments Event Planning team loves working on Clearwater Beach. It offers beautiful backdrops, fantastic wedding venues, and Idallas and Adam’s wedding was no exception!

The ladies spent the morning having some fun, taking photos, and getting ready.
Idallas looked incredible in her wedding gown with a sweetheart neckline and modern lace overlay. We love that she chose to wear her hair down with beautiful jewelry woven into it. And, the colors and textures of her bridal bouquet are amazing.
Here She Comes!
Adam, looking sharp in his classic black tuxedo, waited quietly for his bride-to-be. Their first look is so sweet.
With this Ring
Outside on the resort’s event lawn, all of the pieces were in place for Idallas and Adam’s wedding ceremony. Two tall white columns, topped with lush floral arrangements, framed the gulf waters behind where the couple would exchange their wedding vows.
The bride, escorted by her father, made her way to her groom, who looked surprisingly calm. The two exchanged their wedding vows surrounded by family, friends, and a passing sailboat.
The couple had one request, following the wedding ceremony, they wanted a photo of everyone at their wedding. Fortunately, the beautiful terraces across the back of the resort offer the perfect view of the event lawn for this kind of photo.
Let’s Party!
While wedding guests made their way to the resort’s 2nd-floor mezzanine for Cocktail Hour, the newlyweds headed off for some photos together.
Inside the ballroom, the final touches were all in place for the beautiful wedding reception. Tables dressed in crisp white linens were surrounded by gold chivari chairs and topped with gold charger plates. Lush floral arrangements in tones of blush and white rested on tall modern glass vases.
The ballroom wall was draped in soft flowing fabric, reflecting the warm glow of soft pink uplighting.
The evening kicked off with the couple’s first dance, followed by parent dances and a few words from the bride’s father.
Wedding guests enjoyed a delicious dinner, a night of dancing, and some of the couple’s three-tiered wedding cake. We love the texture and details on each of the cake’s layers.
Congratulations, Idallas and Adam. We wish you a lifetime of beautiful sunsets.
