Rhythm of Love at the Hyatt Clearwater Beach
Our Special Moments Event Planning team remembers the exact moment when we met this incredible couple. We were in the middle of setting up for a large wedding at a venue they were touring, and the rest is history. That was nearly eighteen months before their wedding!
Samantha and Brent knew exactly what they wanted. We just need to fit all the pieces together.
“I can not thank you enough for helping put together our wedding day. You are absolutely amazing, and I could not have done this without you! Thank you so much, Samantha and Brent.”
Getting Ready
Samantha spent the morning getting ready with her wedding party. They relaxed and took some time for some fun photos before dressing, finishing touches, and the first look with her dad.
Exchanging Wedding Vows on the Sky Terrace
Upstairs on the Hyatt’s Sky Terrace, the fantastic rooftop space was set with white garden chairs accented with flowers in blush and white. Two large white garden urns overflowing with antique rose, pink and white flowers along with the Gulf of Mexico made a beautiful backdrop.
Escorted by her father, Samantha made her entrance to “Marry Me” by Train.
In a ceremony surrounded by family and friends, the couple sealed their vows with a kiss to “Rhythm of Love” by Plain White T’s.
Cocktails and Sunsets
Wedding guests made their way to the Caladesi Terrace on the hotel’s eighth floor for Cocktail Hour and some delicious passed hors d ‘oeuvres, including Beef Empanadas, Key Lime Shrimp, and Mediterranean Skewers.
Meanwhile, Samantha and Brent took some time for some photos on the Sky Terrace. They then headed off to Clearwater Beach for some sunset photos.
After their photos, the newlyweds took a few minutes to check out the incredible reception décor before their guests arrived.
Perfect
The ballroom was dressed in white and gold with soft touches of antique pink and blush. The sweetheart table was set to one side of the dancefloor. The ceremony arrangements sat to either side of the couple with a soft white fabric drape behind them.
One of our favorite details of the design was the vine-covered white wood trellis that displayed their beautiful wedding cake.
Following their formal introductions, Samantha and Brent took to the dance floor for their first dance to “You Are” by Lionel Richey.
The evening included a delicious buffet dinner, touching toasts, lots of dancing, and a fun photo booth. The night concluded with the bride and groom cutting their four-tiered wedding cake dripping in gold and one last dance to “Perfect” by Ed Sheeran.
Congratulations, Samantha and Brent. We hope you enjoyed every special moment!
