Rebecca and Louie’s St. Petersburg Wedding

Rebecca and Louie are two incredible people. Rebecca is a Nurse, and Louie is a Respiratory Therapist. The two met at work caring for people with Covid-19!

Their wedding day was filled with family and tradition, and they were surrounded by love.

Time For The Ladies

The day started with hair and makeup for the ladies, followed by some fun photos together, dressing, and the first chance for Rebecca’s wedding party to see her in her gown.

Meanwhile, Louie and the guys, dressed and ready, made their way to the church.

A Little Bit Retro

Dressed and ready, Rebecca made her way downstairs for a private moment with her father. Then, the two were off to the church in a retro candy apple red convertible!  What a fun touch!

A Touching Mass

Across town, the church was set for Rebecca and Louie’s wedding mass. The aisle was lined with framed bible verses from the First Corinthians.

With everyone in their places, Rebecca, escorted by her father, made her way down the aisle to her anxiously awaiting groom.

It was clear from the beginning that the priest knew the couple well. The Ceremony was touching and personal, but it was also filled with fun moments of laughter.

The couple knelt as significant family members came forward with the coins, veil, candles, and cord—a special moment for the couple and their family.

Sealing their vows with a kiss, the newlyweds were off for some family photos.

Portraits and Private Time

The couple headed off in their limousine to enjoy some private time. They met up with their wedding party for some photos before heading off again for some beautiful portraits.

Meanwhile, guests made their way to cocktail hour at the hotel. They enjoyed a delicious Cheese Display and some fun Signature Cocktails.

Hers: Blackberry Sangria – Red Wine, Club Soda, Brandy, Blackberry Syrup and Fresh Fruit.

It’s Party Time!

Inside the hotel’s ballroom, tables were set with crisp white linens, burgundy napkins, gold charger plates, and fun wedding favors. The first explained the Filipino Prosperity Dance with a high-tech twist, and the second was a cute, personal wedding favor.

After their grand entrance, the newlyweds made their way to the dance floor for their first dance to ‘Back At One’ by Brian McKnight.

This was followed by adorable parent dances, a thank-you from the bride and groom, and a blessing by Father Rudolpho that included lighting the Unity Candle.

Guests enjoyed a delicious dinner and time creating memories in the photo booth before an extraordinary moment at the wedding reception.

Everyone was treated to a beautiful performance by traditional Filipino dancers!

After the performance, the wedding party took to the floor for a series of toasts followed by the couple’s cake cutting and a coffee station with amazing Filipino desserts.

Rebecca and Louie opened the dance floor with the Prosperity Dance. They were then joined by all of their family and friends to dance the night away.
