Melissa and John’s Downtown Tampa Wedding

Melissa and John’s downtown Tampa wedding began across the bay. 

For Melissa, the day began at home, surrounded by family. Starting with hair and makeup services, Melissa dressed, had a first look with her bridal party, and that’s where the party began. She was surrounded by family and close friends, receiving blessings and lots of love. John’s family made their way to her family’s home to welcome the bride and her family.

 

 

Shortly after, the bride and her father were escorted to a white 2005 Rolls Royce Phantom to begin their journey to the church.

 

 

Not far away, John was getting ready with his groomsmen. Surrounded by friends and family, they celebrated his big day as he headed to the church.

 

 

Here Comes The Bride!

With the church’s aisle lined with beautiful floral centerpieces and everyone in their place, Melissa and her father made their way down the aisle to John, who waited anxiously.

 

 

The couple exchanged rings in a traditional ceremony in the beautiful church, making their exit to The Wedding March before a few family photos inside the sanctuary.

 

 

Be Our Guest!

Wedding guest made their way across the bay and enjoyed music, cocktails, and hors d’oeuvres while also finding their seating assignment on this beautiful escort card display.

 

 

Meanwhile, the newlyweds headed into the ballroom for a sneak peek at the beautiful reception decor. 

 

 

The tables were draped with crisp white linens, surrounded by gold chiavari chairs, and topped with beautiful floral arrangements and dozens of candles. Each place setting had a gold charger plate, custom menu card, and a wedding favor of fun white customized M&Ms. An oversized white dance floor sat in the center of the room, with the couple’s magnificent sweetheart table at one end.

 

 

 

Here’s Where It Gets Fun!

Following the introduction of their families and wedding party, the newlyweds made their grand entrance. Guests joined them on the dance floor, wishing them well, lifting them in the air, and showering them with money!

 

 

Things quieted down as everyone took their seats for the blessing, toasts, and a delicious dinner. Following the cake cutting, the couple took to the dance floor for their first dance and parent dances before dancing the night away.

 

 

 

It was a beautiful night that the couple, their family, and friends will remember for a long time! Congratulations, Melissa and John!
