Mallory and Dylan’s Rusty Pelican Wedding

Mallory and Dylan’s Rusty Pelican Tampa wedding had everything. From incredible personal touches to spectacular sunsets and a gang that danced the night away.

 

 

Capturing the Details

The day began with the bride and groom hanging out with their wedding parties.

Mallory and the ladies spent some time getting ready and enjoying a quick Cheers while the photography team captured the wedding details. We especially love the personalized photo lockets on the bride’s bouquet.

 

 

Dylan and the guys hung out until it was time to dress and see his bride-to-be. Dylan looked so handsome, and he included personal photo remembrances pinned inside of his tuxedo.

 

 

A Little Private Time

After a quick moment with her father, it was time for Mallory to have her first look with Dylan. It was so sweet to see their interaction. And we’re seeing more and more couples exchange vows in private. It makes their time together in private special.

 

 

After their first look and a few portraits, they took a few family and wedding party photos.

 

 

Everlasting Love

With everyone gathered at the Rusty Pelican wedding pavilion, it was time for Mallory, escorted by her parents, to make their way down the aisle to “Can’t Help Falling In Love.”

 

Dylan looked on anxiously as his bride-to-be made her entrance.

 

 

The couple exchanged rings, sealing their bond with a kiss, and then exited to “Everlasting Love.”

 

 

Cocktail Hour In The Coral Room

After the wedding ceremony, guests went to the Rusty Pelican’s Coral Room for Cocktail Hour.

Guests enjoyed Signature Cocktails, took Polaroid photos for the couple’s guest book, and enjoyed passed Chimichurri Beef Skewers, Pigs in a Blanket, Grilled Chicken Skewers, and Tomato Bruschetta.

Additionally, the cocktail hour included a Shrimp Cocktail Display, a Pasta Station, and a Taco Station.

 

This Life Will Go By In The Blink Of An Eye

Inside the Rusty Pelican Ballroom, tables were set with crisp white linens, gold chiavari chairs, gold table numbers, and an assortment of beautiful white floral arrangements, including collections of candles.

 

 

Each place setting was set with a custom Sugar Cookie wedding favor and a place card with each guest’s entree selection.

 

 

Off to one side of the couple’s sweetheart table was a beautiful four-tiered white wedding cake wrapped in a thick rope of baby’s breath. The newlyweds chose Red Velvet Cake and Vanilla Cake with Cookies and Cream filling for their flavors.

 

 

Following introductions, the couple took to the dance floor for their first dance to “From The Ground Up” by Dan and Shay.

 

 

The evening continued with parent dances and a welcome by the Mother of the Bride. Following a delicious dinner, guests settled in for toasts by the Best Man and Maid of Honor.

 

 

Dance The Night Away

With the dance floor open, guests danced the night away, stopping briefly for some late-night snacks before wrapping it up for the evening.

 

 

The evening ended with a fabulous bubble send-off of the newlyweds just outside of the Rusty Pelican.
