Love Is A Verb: Tampa River Center Wedding

Our Special Moments Event Planning team loved working with Meghan and Frankie on their Tampa waterfront wedding.

 

 

The color story, details, and music selections all reflected their personalities. And it was incredible!

 

With This Ring

With everything in place at the church, guests arriving received custom wedding programs. 

 

 

We especially loved the colors and textures of the wedding party’s personal flowers.

 

 

With family and the wedding party in their places, it was time for these two VIPs to make their grand entrance.

 

 

Meghan, escorted by her parents, made he way down the aisle to her anxiously awaiting groom.

 

 

 

 

The couple exchanged wedding vows and rings before sealing their vows with a kiss. Making their way up the aisle, they were treated to a shower of BUBBLES!

 

 

Smile for The Camera

After some family photos in the sanctuary, the newlyweds made their way downtown for some amazing wedding portraits and photos with their wedding party.

 

 

Meanwhile, at the River Center

While the newlyweds were off enjoying time together, their guests enjoyed cocktail hour at the Tampa River Center.

Hors d’Oeuvres included Chilled Shrimp, handmade Empanadas, and crunchy Cuban Cigars. And how adorable is their signature cocktail with specialty stirrers?

 

 

Dinner and Dancing

Inside the ballroom, tables were draped with crisp white linens and surrounded with chiavari chairs. Pale pink napkins complement the beautiful floral centerpieces in silver compotes.

 

 

The couple’s sweetheart table sat in front of a floral wall accented with their last name in neon.

 

 

Off to one side was the couple’s three-tiered white wedding cake, accented with fresh flowers. Guest would later be treated to delicious bite-sized desserts as well.

 

 

After their grand entrance, Meghan and Frankie took to the dance floor for their first dance to ‘Love Is A Verb’ by John Mayer.

 

 

The evening continued with emotional toasts, a delicious multi-course dinner, and parent dances. The dance floor opens with polkas and a dollar dance.

 

 

Our bride and groom danced the night away surrounded by family and friends and, in true Philly fashion, wrapped up the night with Soft Pretzels.
