Kelly and Anthony’s Wyndham Grand Clearwater Beach wedding was so much fun for our Special Moments Event Planning team.

A Groovy Kind of Love

The wedding day started like most others. Hair and makeup services onsite for the ladies, photos of wedding details, and the guys getting ready.

We loved seeing the couple include so many family members, personal touches, and special moments in their day.

Stand By Me

The outdoor wedding ceremony has held on the resort’s pool lawn. It was set with white garden chairs, a white aisle runner, and a wedding arch draped in flowing fabric and dressed in soft pastel flowers.

With family and wedding party in place, Kelly made her way down the aisle, escorted by her father and son. Needless to say, Anthony got a little emotional.

The couple exchanged wedding rings and vows, sealing them with a kiss before their big exit to ‘Don’t Stop Believing!’

Cocktail Hour

The couple joined their guests for a bit of the cocktail hour before heading off for some wedding party and family photos.

Meanwhile, their guests enjoyed some fun with a photo booth and delicious hors d’oeuvres, including Asian Spring Rolls, Chicken Pot Stickers, Bruschetta with Tomato, Fresh Basil, as well as Grilled Shrimp Sopes.

You’re The Best Thing

The ballroom was set with crisp white linens, chivari chairs, and soft pastel floral arrangements surrounded by floating candles. The newlyweds headed in for a sneak peek before guests made their way in for an evening of delicious food and dancing.

Following introductions, the couple took to the dance floor for their first dance to ‘You’re The Best Thing.’ Their first dance led into a father-daughter dance, as well as groom and daughter and bride and son dances – it was indeed a family affair!

The buffet dinner included a Baby Romaine Salad, Lemon Thyme Chicken, Beef Tenderloin Medallions, Shrimp Scampi, and Fresh Vegetables. Guests especially loved the carving station with Prime Rib and Roast Turkey Breast.

After dinner, the couple was honored with several toasts before cutting their beautiful wedding cake and taking to the dancefloor for the rest of the night.
