Julie and Austin’s Davis Islands Wedding

Julie and Austin’s Davis Islands wedding was incredible. Not only was it personalized and beautiful, but it was also so much fun. They incorporated food and fun they knew their family and friends would enjoy!

 

 

Get Ready!

This beautiful wedding spanned two sides of Tampa Bay. Hotel accommodations were across the bay from their Davis Islands wedding venue, and water taxis shuttled guests across the water.

For Julie, the day began with hair, makeup, and photos taken in her Otel room. Dressing with her wedding party and some pictures before heading to the venue for portraits.

 

 

Meanwhile, Austin was getting ready in another hotel and heading off for photos with the guys.

 

 

Time With Dad!

Julie’s first order of business was taking first-look photos with her father. We love their closeness—it’s very touching.

 

 

It’s Austin’s Turn!

Next up, it was time for Julie and Austin’s first look. There’s nothing to say but that their photos were incredible!

 

 

FORE!

As wedding guests were transported to the Davis Islands venue, they were treated to a bit of fun before the ceremony began. A Mini Putt Putt golf course and some light refreshments; what’s better than an Arnold Palmer?

 

 

A Picture Perfect Wedding Ceremony

Under a beautiful tree, the ceremony space was lined with white garden chairs and floral arrangements, leading to a stunning moon gate wedding structure. It was picture-perfect. 

 

 

As they arrived, wedding guests were treated to incredible violin music. Additionally, each guest was offered a hand fan and one of the really adorable wedding programs.

 

 

With This Ring

With wedding guests in place, it was time for the wedding party and guests of honor. We’re in love with the couple’s puppies making their grand entrance.

 

 

Julie, escorted by her parents, made her entrance to “This Is Love” from Cinderella!

 

 

 

The couple exchanged rings and wedding vows surrounded by family and friends before sealing them with a kiss and heading out under a shower of bubbles to “This Will Be An Everlasting Love.”

 

 

Charcuterie and Cocktails

Wedding guests enjoyed a cocktail hour with an awesome custom charcuterie board and cocktails.

 

 

The newlyweds selected two Signature Cocktails.

 

 

Lewis Royale: Apple Crown Royal with Ginger Beer made “Austin’s Way” with a double shot, Lemon and Lime.

Coke And Walter: Malibu Run and Coke made “Julie’s Way” with a double shot, Diet Coke and Lime.

 

And how adorable are these custom cocktail napkins?

 

 

Guests could also find their seating arrangements on this exquisite mirrored seating chart.

 

 

Golden Hour

Meanwhile, Julie and Austin headed off for some spectacular wedding portraits, taking full advantage of the incredible light just before sunset.

 

 

A Reception Like No Other

Inside, the ballroom was set for a spectacular wedding reception. Soft lighting, draping, a hedge wall with custom signage, and incredible floral centerpieces set the stage for a beautiful wedding reception.

 

 

Following introductions, the newlyweds took to the dance floor for their first dance to “Forever Like That.”

 

 

The evening continued with touching parent dances and several toasts. Salads were served family-style before everyone enjoyed a buffet of freshly baked pizzas. Throughout the evening, they were also treated to an incredible nacho bar!

 

 

Following their cake cutting, guests danced the night away, taking time for some wedding cake and time in the Photobooth before calling it a night with one last dance to “Beautiful Things.”
