Jackson and Conley’s Tampa Wedding

As we put this blog together, Jackson and Conley’s Downtown Tampa wedding has had our Special Moments Event Planning team smiling and in tears.

These two grooms are an incredible couple. We loved every minute of working with them, And it was an absolute pleasure.

 

 

We figured we’d start with a video trailer showcasing their day. We know you’ll love them as much as we do.

 

Two Grooms, Too Adorable

Jackson and Conley each spent the afternoon with their wedding parties. They dressed, toasted, and shared special gifts with them before heading off for their first look.

It’s no secret we love a great first look, and this one is no exception. The grooms spent some private time together and exchanged personal vows. We had the most challenging time narrowing down the incredible images from their time together.

 

One Big Wedding Party

Following their first look, the guys took photos with their wedding parties and brought the whole gang together.

 

It was time for some family photos, and then Jackson and Conley took some incredible photos together.

 

Up On The Roof

Conley and Jackson’s rooftop wedding ceremony was the first at the hotel. It seems luck was on their side, as the hotel’s previous attempts were met with weather issues.  

The rooftop was set with beautiful white floral arrangements on gold risers, and the aisle was lined with large lanterns with chunky candles.

With everyone in place, the grooms made their way down the aisle, arm in arm, to Con Te Partio by Andre Bocelli.

 

 

The ceremony included beautiful, touching readings, a Unity Ceremony incorporating wine, and an exchange of wedding rings. The newlyweds sealed their vows with a kiss before heading off to Ants Marching by Dave Matthews.

 

 

Hitting the Streets

After the wedding ceremony, guests made their way to the Tampa Bay Ballroom’s foyer for cocktail hour while the grooms quickly changed into handsome evening attire. 

The evening photos of the newlyweds in downtown Tampa are spectacular.

 

 

Making Memories of Us

Inside the ballroom, the soft draping and lighting set a magical backdrop for dinner and dancing. Black linens, charcoal-colored table runners, and gold charger plates created an elegant base for centerpieces of white flowers and floating candles.

 

 

The decor from the wedding ceremony was repurposed to create a lush and romantic sweetheart table for the couple.

 

 

Following introductions, the grooms made their grand entrance through an arch created by their wedding party.

 

 

Jackson and Conley took to the dance floor for their first dance to Making Memories of Us by Keith Urban.

 

 

From the dance floor, the grooms headed over to cut their three-tiered white wedding cake.

 

 

The magical evening continued with incredible toasts, a fabulous multi-course dinner, and some touching family dances before opening the dance floor for the evening.

The band packed the dance floor, with guests taking some time for late-night snacks and fun photo booth photos. 

This was one of those nights when no one wanted to leave—especially the grooms, who couldn’t stop hugging our team! (And we loved it!)

Congratulations, Jackson and Conley. We wish you a lifetime together that is as incredible as you are.
