Intimate Tampa Wedding at The Vault
Rosemary and George’s Tampa wedding at The Vault was initially scheduled for March of 2020. They were the first of our Special Moments Event Planning clients whose plans were affected by Covid-19.
Unfortunately, their wedding plans that originally included 185 wedding guests were affected twice.
Third Time Is A Charm
Later in the year, after their church reopened for weddings, the only available date the wedding venue had was just before Christmas.
They knew that with health concerns, travel and sending new invitations would be challenging. So, they decided to scale back to a wedding of just 28 people, including their children, grandchildren, and a few close friends.
While the wedding was much smaller, it was not small on details. Rosemary included her favorite flower, white tulips, throughout the wedding.
Rosemary and George
The bride looked beautiful in a soft illusion lace wedding gown, accented with a shimmering rhinestone tiara. Her bridal bouquet included incredible white frilly tulips, peonies, and sweet peas make a very romantic bouquet.
George was very handsome in his white jacket and purple necktie. Tulips with a touch of greenery made the perfect boutonniere.
With This Ring
The church, fully decorated for Christmas, looked incredible. The additional touches of white tulips blended perfectly with the colors in the church’s décor.
George waited with excitement as Rosemary, escorted by her son, made her way down the aisle. The physically distant wedding ceremony was intimate and very personal.
The Vault Wedding Reception
On the way to their wedding reception, the couple took some time for a few iconic Tampa wedding photos.
A long banquet table draped with white linen was lined with incredible floral arrangements. Tall glass vases overflowed with greenery and white tulips, accented with a few touches of purple. Tiny purple glass vases and mercury glass compotes brought in additional flowers. Chunky pillar candles and shimmering votives wound their way down the center of the table.
The Tampa wedding reception began with the couple’s first dance to Unchained Melody by The Righteous Brothers. Rosemary followed this by dancing with her son, a delicious dinner, and several touching toasts.
The intimate, family wedding dinner came to a close with the newlyweds cutting their two-tiered white wedding cake decorated with a sugar lace applique.
Congratulations, Rosemary and George! We wish you a lifetime filled with special moments.
