Emotional Harborside Chapel Weddings

Working with Priscilla and Josh on their wedding planning was an absolute pleasure. The Harborside Chapel wedding had beautiful soft colors, sweet details and was filled with emotion.

What Priscilla Said

We are so very thankful for the 5 Star Google Review Priscilla left the week after the wedding. It gives you a little insight into how working with our Special Moments Event Planning team came about.

Hiring Tammy and her team was the best decision my husband and I made. We got married 11.13.20 and it couldn’t have gone more seamlessly. I had started off planning the wedding myself and quickly learned with the first COVID rescheduled navigating it on our own wasn’t something I was going to be able to do. We really wanted to not have a care in the world on our wedding day.

I reached out to Tammy, and she made me feel reassured that everything was going to work out. She spent over an hour talking to me on the phone, more than any other event planner I reached out to. Tammy jumped right in and took over everything. Any question I had she was already on it. Tammy was there without hesitation and went light years beyond I could have imagined any event planner doing.

Tammy made my husband and I feel extra special with a super sweet ending to our wedding night that you’ll have to hire her to find out 💗 my husband and I still can’t get over how PERFECT our wedding days was and we owe so much of it to Tammy Waterman and her team at Special Moments.

 The Morning Of The Wedding

Priscilla and the ladies spend the morning together at Harborside Chapel for some sweet photos in their robes, getting ready, and some pictures before the wedding ceremony.

The bride looked stunning in her full lace ballgown. Priscilla chose to wear her hair up with was the perfect option for the off-the-shoulder detailing of the gown. And her soft white and pale pink bridal bouquet was fabulous.

Dad’s First Look

One of our favorite moments of a wedding is when Dad has a first look with his daughter. The emotions really run high and make for some incredible images.

“Cowabunga!”

While the ladies had time together, Josh and the guys were getting ready and taking some photos of their own.

Josh looks very handsome in his three-piece Navy-blue suit with a classic bow tie and pocket square. His white and pale pink boutonniere popped against his suit and the torn-edge ribbon was a unique detail.

This handsome group, with their very classic, put-together look, had a little personal accent. Nothing says fun like matching Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtle socks! Way too cute!

Harborside Chapel Wedding Ceremony

The Harborside Chapel’s backdrop was incredible with the pale pink, white, and Navy colors of the wedding décor and wedding attire. The crisp, clean detailing both inside and out make for some beautiful wedding photos.

Inside, the wedding ceremony was set with a Moon Gate wedding structure draped in lush greenery and accented with pink and white flowers.

The intimate wedding ceremony began with these three adorable flower girls making their entrance with the wedding party to the classic Canon in D.

Priscilla, escorted by her father, made her entrance to ‘A Thousand Years.’ She fought to hold back tears as she saw Josh for the first time – Josh, on the other hand, just couldn’t hold back his tears.

The very personal, touching wedding ceremony concluded with the newlywed’s exit through wedding guests with white ribbon wands before taking some time for family photos inside the beautiful chapel.

Clearwater Beach Wedding Reception

Wedding guest made their way to Clearwater Beach for the cocktail hour on the Hyatt’s 8th floor Caladesi Terrace overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. While the bride and groom headed off for some sunset photos and final touches were made to the wedding reception.

The ballroom was set with soft white linen and gold chivari chairs. The tabletops were filled with delicate floral arrangements in gold containers and resting on tall gold risers. Gold table numbers and candlesticks accented the look.

Introducing For The First Time!

Pricilla and Josh made their grand entrance and took to the dance floor for their first dance to “Millionaire” by Chris Stapleton.

Their first dance was followed by the couple’s dances with their parents, a delicious dinner, and cutting their fantastic wedding cake. It was elegant, detailed, and personalized.
