Christina wanted a wedding design that was gold, silver and white with beautiful draping to separate different areas within the reception; however, it seemed not everyone she met understood her vision.

Fortunately for Christina, Kiel and Christina’s mother Coleen, who was at times the main point of contact, Special Moments Event Planning did!

They had selected the beautiful Hyatt Regency Clearwater Beach Resort and Spa, the perfect location for everything they were looking for.

Christina chose a gorgeous white satin organza mermaid gown with a sheer lace bodice. She accented her wedding gown with a pair of incredible shimmering gold peep-toe pumps with crystal embellished heels and a lush, fully rounded white rose bouquet.

 

Christina and Kiel chose to do a First Look, seeing each other for the first time on the Hyatt’s Sky Terrace set on the 16th Floor.  This location offered panoramic views of the Gulf of Mexico and Intracoastal Waterway.

After their First Look, the couple spent some time alone enjoying views of the Gulf of Mexico and the space for their upcoming wedding ceremony.

 

White columns topped with towering white contemporary centerpieces, white garden chairs with clusters of greenery and white satin ribbon, and a white vintage table with items for their ceremony were set against the blue sky and shimmering waters.

 

After enjoying Christina and Kiel’s beautiful outdoor ceremony and breathtaking views of the Gulf of Mexico, guests made their way to the resorts Bellaire Ballroom with floor to ceiling windows and adjoining terrace providing views of the beach and water. Beautiful draping softened the space and divided the main wedding reception space into a dining area and dance floor with the addition of some lounge furniture.

Gold-toned linen with a soft geometric pattern shimmered against mirrored boxes, clear cylinders each filled with a different type of white flower, mirrored table numbers, and floating white candles. Completing the look were the additions of clear chiavari ballroom chairs with white cushions, gold textured glass charger plates and white satin napkins in a sparkling crystal napkin ring.

 

  

Christine and Kiel’s half-round sweetheart table was topped with shimmering crystal candleholders, cascading greenery and white satin ribbons, and Christina’s beautiful bridal bouquet completed the look. A high back white tufted bench seat was the perfect seating choice for this clean, stylish design.

Guests dined and danced the night away; enjoying the couple’s beautiful textured white four-tiered wedding cake and a sweet treat from a delicious popcorn bar.

 

To anyone looking for a Wedding Planner look no further!! Tammy is kind, knowledgeable, smart, funny, patient, cost minded, ridiculously available, constant communicator, effective negotiator, and now I consider her a friend. Everyone in the wedding industry seems to know and respect her. You think of anything you could possibly want in your wedding from doves to venues and Tammy not only knows who, what, and where to go she most likely has worked with them before.
