Holli and Brian’s I-DOs on Clearwater Beach were fantastic. This sweet couple filled their days with special touches, lots of love, and a few laughs. Our Special Moments Event Planning team really enjoyed the day!

NOPE!

Holli and Brian chose NOT to see each other before their wedding ceremony. So, the morning was filled with time to get ready, photograph wedding details, and take photos with each of their wedding parties.

Bless The Broken Road 

Outside on the lawn, the stage was set for the couple’s wedding ceremony overlooking the Gulf of Mexico.

White garden chairs formed an aisle lined with petals and bouquets of flowers. At the top of the aisle was a simple wooden ceremony structure draped in soft flowing fabric. Two large floral swags created the perfect backdrop.

 

 

As guests arrived, they were greeted with a glass of Champagne with fresh raspberries.

With everyone in place, Holli made her entrance. Escorted by her father, she walked down the aisle to Bless The Broken Road by Rascal Flatts.

 

 

One of our favorite ceremony details was the custom reserved sign in memory of Holli’s mother next to a single red rose.

 

I Do 

The couple exchanged wedding rings and vows, surrounded by family and friends. We can’t tell you what was so funny. You’ll have to ask Holli to read her wedding vow book!

The couple included a Sand Ceremony in their wedding, blending pink and blue sand into a beautiful decanter. Each of their sands was mixed with natural sand from where Brian proposed!

 

 

Sealing their vows with a kiss, the couple headed off for some photos while guests enjoyed cocktail hour overlooking Clearwater Beach.

 

 

Leave A Message At The Tone

Inside all the details were in place for a night filled with fantastic food, dancing, and lots of fun.

Silver Chiavari chairs accented tables dressed in soft blue shimmering linens. Glass charger plates with silver rims were layered with crisp napkins and custom menu cards. Tall flower arrangements on glass urns completed the tablescape.

 

 

The sweetheart table was decorated in a similar style with lots of pops of fresh flowers. But the stunning backdrop of fabric swags and lighting highlighted the couple’s table.

 

 

One of our favorite details had to be the couple’s guest book! A shimmering silver telephone where guests could leave the newlyweds a voice message!

 

 

Their adorable wedding cake was another showstopper—a three-tiered beach-themed wedding cake with a starfish bride and groom in beach chairs.

 

 

Dance The Night Away.

After the wedding party introductions, the newlyweds made their grand entrance. Brian ditched his jacket, and they took to the dance floor for their first dance to Everything I Do by Bryan Adams.

 

 

Holli and Brian took to the dance floor again for their parent dances, followed by a short welcome toast by the newlyweds, and it was time to party. 

 

 

The rest of the night was filled with an amazing multi-course dinner and plenty of dancing. Guests stopped long enough for some late-night snacks and a few sweet treats. But the dance floor was packed the entire night!
