Downtown Tampa Wedding, Ain’t That A Kick In The Head?
After postponing for a year because of COVID restrictions, Abby and Rocky finally tied the knot! The intimate downtown Tampa wedding with a beautiful silver and purple color story was so sweet, and our team loved working with them.
With everyone dressed and ready, the bride and groom-to-be had their first look. After that, they took some time for photos with their wedding party and family.
Can’t Help Falling in Love
The silver and purple color story with elegant draping set a beautiful backdrop for Abby and Rocky to exchange their wedding vows.
Even though they had already seen each other, Rocky looked a bit anxious as Abby made her way down the aisle.
We loved the intimate wedding ceremony the couple sealed with a kiss before their grand exit to “Can’t Stop The Feeling.”
Joining The Party
Since most of the family and wedding party photos were taken before the ceremony, the newlyweds could take some portraits during cocktail hour and rejoin their guests.
Dinner and Dancing
The reception décor included round tables draped in crisp white linens, silver chivari chairs, plum-colored napkins, and fresh floral centerpieces. Each place setting contained a shimmering metallic gift bag and a heart-shaped tin of M&Ms.
The couple made their grand entrance and took to the dancefloor for their first dance to “Ain’t That A Kick in the Head.”
The evening continued with parent dances, a welcome and blessing by the bride’s father, and a delicious buffet dinner.
The buffet included:

Field Greens and Frisee Salad
Braised Short Ribs
Italian Herb Gnocchi
Smashed Truffle & Parmesan Finger Potatoes
Broccolini & Heirloom Baby Carrots
The reception continued with several touching toasts, the couple cutting thier cake and dancing the night away until “Closing Time.”
