Sarah and Tom’s Wedding Was Full Of Sparkle and Personality!
Sarah and Tom’s beautiful Clearwater Beach wedding had sparkle and personaity. This fun couple embraced a color story of Barbie Pink, black, and silver sparkle. Beyond that, they infused the day with lots of personality.
Okay, Let’s Get Started!
For Sarah and her wedding party, the day started with hair and makeup services, breakfast, some fun photos in brightly colored robes, and photos of some wedding details.
Tim was getting ready with the guys at the other end of the resort. Black suites with Barbie Pink accents that added a pop. However, individually engraved swords for each member of his wedding party stole the show!
FOB
Dressed and ready, Sarah spent a little time with her father. The two looked so sweet together.
Tom, She’s Behind You!
Next up, it was time for Sarah and Tim’s first look. Walking up behind him, Sarah took his hand and waited for him to turn around. Seeing the two of them together makes you smile.
A Perfect Plan
Following their first look, the couple had plenty of time for photos with the wedding party and family.
We even built enough time for the wedding party to freshen up before the wedding ceremony.
A Gulf View Wedding Ceremony
Everything was in place for the couple’s wedding ceremony on the resort’s rooftop deck, overlooking the Gulf of Mexico and Clearwater Beach.
While garden chairs were draped with hot pink sashes, beautiful bright pink floral arrangements filled the outdoor space, and arriving guests were greeted with custom wedding programs and a glass of champagne.
With everyone in their place, Sarah entered, escorted by her father.
Sarah and Tom exchanged rings and wedding vows surrounded by family and friends before sealing their vows with a kiss and making a grand exit under a shower of dried rose petals.
At the end of the ceremony, the newlyweds gathered with all of their guests to take a few awesome group photos.
His and Hers Cocktails
Following the ceremony and photos, wedding guests made their way to the second-floor ballroom and terrace for cocktails and hors d’oeuvres.
They enjoyed light bites and the couple’s signature cocktails.
Hers: “Something Blue” Blue Hawaiian – Rum, Blue Curacao, Pineapple Juice, and Cream of Coconut with a Cherry.
His: “Fuego Del Oceano” Jalapeno Scratch Margarita – Don Julio Tequila, Grand Mariner, and Lime Juice with A Jalapeno Salt Rim and a Jalapeno.
Meanwhile, the newlyweds went to the ballroom to see the decor and practice their first dance.
Pretty In Pink
Nope, not the movie, the resort’s ballroom!
The tables were draped in stark black linens and surrounded by silver chiavari chairs. They were set with silver charger plates and custom pink and rhinestone menu cards tucked into a black napkin. Each table held a brightly colored floral arrangement, candles, and pink gemstones.
At one end of the ballroom was the couple’s sweetheart table. It was draped in shimmering pink sequin linen and filled with gorgeous pink flower arrangements and dozens of flickering candles.
Just behind the table was a luxurious soft fabric wall highlighted with brilliant pink uplighting!
Off to one side, the couple’s four-tiered pink and white wedding cake is decorated with fresh flowers and a custom cake topper.
The couple chose custom cookies for their wedding favors. Designed as football jerseys in the colors of their beloved Buffalo Bills, the name and number were their wedding date.
It’sTime To Party
Following introductions, the newlyweds took to the dance floor for their first dance. How awesome is the Barbie Pink sequin jacket Tom changed into?
The night continued with parent dances, a delicious multi-course dinner, several special toasts, and a not-so-traditional cake-cutting before the band opened the dancefloor for the evening. The band kept the dancefloor packed all night, with guests stopping long enough to have fun in the Photobooth and enjoy the Ice Cream Sundae Bar.
Sarah and Tom’s wedding was so much fun for their family and friends, packed with fun and unique details!
Congratulations, Sarah and Tom!
