Can’t Help Falling In Love with the Hyatt Regency Clearwater

“Can’t Help Falling In Love” may have played as Lindsay walked down the aisle. But, it sums up how Lindsay and Joey felt about their Hyatt Regency Clearwater wedding!

Like many couples last year, Lindsay and Joey had to deal with date changes, a venue change, and shrinking that guest list to comply with local regulations. But, they took everything in stride, and we helped them have the wedding of their dreams.

Get Ready

The couple each spent the morning with their wedding parties, having lunch and enjoying time together.

While Lindsay had a first look with her wedding party and family, Joey and the guys were dressed and headed to the Hyatt Regency Clearwater’s rooftop deck, where the wedding ceremony was being held.

 

Get Set

The Sky Terrace of The Hyatt Regency Clearwater overlooking Clearwater beach and the Gulf of Mexico was set with arrangements of bright tropical flowers blended with starfish to incorporate that beach vibe.

Floral arrangements at each end of the aisle incorporated lush greenery, grasses, and bright tropical flowers like Birds of Paradise and Orchids.

 

GO!

It was ‘go time’! With everything in place, a string duet played as guests made their way onto the rooftop terrace.

With all of the guests seated, Joey and the wedding party took their places. Lindsay looked incredible as she made her entrance, escorted by her father.

Surrounded by family and friends, exchanged rings and wedding vows in a beautiful wedding ceremony with the Gulf of Mexico in the background.

 

A Sneak Peek

As the newlyweds snuck off for some photos, wedding guests enjoyed cocktails and hors d’oeuvres in the Bellaire Ballroom.

Before rejoining their guests, the couple popped into the Aqualea Ballroom to see the beautiful décor of their wedding reception.

The ballroom was set with luxurious linens and tropical floral arrangements. Each place setting incorporated a glass charge plate with a gold beaded rim a lush, textured satin napkin with a custom menu card. Additionally, each place setting held a place card with a starfish. Each color-coordinated ribbon noted the entrée selection for that guest.

The couple’s sweetheart table was set in front of an elegantly draped wall. Beautiful floral accents, floating candles, and gold “Mr. And Mrs.” letting created an elegant setting for this adorable couple.

A table draped in shimmering gold sequin held a beautiful three-tiered white wedding cake with a sugar fabric drape and custom cake topper.

 

Dance the Night Away

Lindsay and Joey made their grand entrance, taking to the dance floor for their first dance to “Heaven” by Bryan Adams.

The evening continued with parent dances a delicious multi-course dinner with specially selected wines. As the couple cut their wedding cake, their guests continued to pack the dance floor and enjoy themselves, creating memories in the photo booth.

A night filled with love, laughter, and unforgettable memories ended with the couple’s last dance to “Don’t You Forget About Me.”
