A Timeless Wedding at the Oxford Exchange

Kelly and Patrick’s intimate Tampa destination wedding was timeless and classic. The couple were incredible to work with and so much fun!

 

Their beautiful black, white, and gold intimate destination wedding was so magical and full of personality!

 

A Tearful First Look

After a morning of hair and makeup, getting ready, and making their way to the Oxford Exchange, it was time for Kelly’s first look with her mom and dad. Her father managed to hold back tears. Mom, not so much!

 

 

It’s Patrick’s Turn

Dressed in his custom green suit, Patrick waited anxiously for Kelly to sneak in behind him for their first look. Surprisingly, both remained very composed and shared a special moment.

 

 

And Then It Happened

With friends and family gathered in the beautiful ceremony space, Kelly, escorted down the aisle by her mom and dad, {one of two requests from dad – but more on that later} made their way down the aisle.

 

 

The couple exchanged rings and wedding vows in a beautiful wedding ceremony. Sealing their vows with a kiss, they were showered by family and friends with rose petals.

 

 

Welcome, and Thank You

Following their incredible wedding ceremony, the newlyweds ascended the venue’s fabulous staircase to welcome their guests and thank them for joining them for their Tampa destination wedding.

 

 

Guests then enjoyed cocktails, including the couple’s Signature Cocktails with fun, personalized cocktail napkins.

 

 

Passed Hors d’ oeuvres included delicious Chicken and Biscuit Skewers and Miniature Shrimp Tacos. 

 

Everyone Say CHEESE!

As cocktail hour came to a close, the newlyweds and all of their guests gathered on the staircase for some photos. 

 

 

While guests made their way to the dining room, the couple took time together for wedding portraits.

 

 

Timeless Decor

Guests made their way to dinner, passing a beautiful entry table with a collection of family photos.

 

 

The vine-covered white brick walls in the dining room created a stunning backdrop to the black, white, and gold decor.

 

 

Sleek black tables and black chivari chairs were layered with crisp bald napkins and menu cards. The center of the tables was filled with golden candle sticks with black taper candles in glass globes. The tables were accented with gold votive candles, greenery, and white flowers.

 

 

We love the look of the couple’s fantastic sweetheart table with oversized upholstered chairs.

 

 

Make Mine A Big Mac

The first of Kelly’s dad’s two requests was for him and her mother to walk her down the aisle. The second was to serve anything but a Big Mac.

So, true to form, the unloving couple arranged for Dad to receive a Big Mac on a silver platter!

 

 

After a bit of fun, guests enjoyed a multi-course dinner that included an entree of Fresh Seabass and Filet Mignon with Marrow Butter. The entrees were served with Rosemary Black Truffle Potatoes, Carrots, Cipollini Onions, and Oregano Béarnaise.

 

Can’t Help Falling In Love

Following the spectacular dinner and a quick change by Kelly, the couple took to the dance floor for their first dance to Kasey Musgrave’s Can’t Help Falling In Love.

 

 

Parents dances, a few special toasts, and it was time to dance the night away. Guests enjoyed a delicious dessert station and some surprise late-night snacks before our couple called it a night and headed off in style!
