A Tampa Wedding With A Little Sparkle

You know our Special Moments Event Planning team loves a little sparkle. And Christina and Brandon’s beautiful Tampa wedding definitely incorporated a little bling. However, it was also filled with beautiful special moments.

Getting Ready

Christina and the ladies spent the morning having their hair and makeup done, relaxing, and having some fun.

Meanwhile, Brandon and the guys were getting ready. They took some time for photos together before heading off to the church. One of our favorite special moments of the day was when the groom opened the box containing these fantastic custom cufflinks.

Once dressed, it was time for portraits of the bride before she and the ladies headed to the church. Christina looked stunning in her custom wedding gown created by Nikki’s Glitz and Glam. And her shoes added a little sparkle too. One of our favorite details is her gorgeous bridal bouquet! We love the bright pops of color, touches of bling, and beautiful locket.

A Sparkling Ceremony

Everything at a Greek Orthodox wedding ceremony sparkles! The church is filled with beautiful artwork, crystal chandeliers, and touches of gold. Every detail was perfect, from the flickering of the candles to the crowning ceremony and the couple’s custom-designed aisle runner.

And a grand exit under a shower of bubbles that would sparkle in the sunlight seemed like the ideal way to end the beautiful wedding ceremony.

Cocktails and a Sneak Peek

Following the wedding ceremony and some family photos at the church, the couple and their guests made their way to the reception.

The venue’s Bay Room was dressed in white linen with a shimming overlay. Guests enjoyed cocktails and hors d’oeuvres while the newlyweds took a sneak peek at the reception, practiced their first dance, and spent little time alone.

Bring on the Bling!

The ballroom, draped in flowing white fabric reflected the soft lighting. Tables were layered in sparkling overlays and surrounded by clear acrylic chivari chairs. The table tops included mirrored charger plates, sparkling napkin rings, and tall, brightly colored floral centerpieces accented with hanging crystals!

We love this fantastic photograph of the couple’s four-tiered wedding cake accented with crystals and a personalized cake topper. It really captures the beauty of the wedding reception.

The evening was filled with fabulous food, lots of dancing, and special moments and personal touches.
