A Hyatt Regency Clearwater Beach Wedding

Kaitlin and Dylan’s romantic Hyatt Regency Clearwater Beach wedding was so amazing. They are delightful, and the day was filled with fun details, family, and food. And wait until you see their wedding portraits! We had a hard time deciding which to use.

 

 

Let’s Get The Party Started 

The day began with Kaitlin and Dylan getting ready at opposite ends of the resort. There were some fun pajama photos of Kaitlin getting ready and some time with the guys for Dylan. And let’s not forget all of the wedding details.

 

 

Hello Girls!

Dressed and ready, the next order of business was a first look for Kaitlin and her wedding party.

 

 

It’s A Family Affair

Next, it was time for Kaitlin to have a first look with her father and brother.

 

 

Save The Best For Last

Finally, it was time for Kaitlin and Dylan’s first look. It was adorable, and the photos are incredible!

 

 

Relax and Have Fun

Investing time in having your portraits, wedding party, and family photos early in the day leaves lots of time to party later in the evening.

Kaitlin and Dylan’s wedding portraits are magical. You can see that they relaxed, enjoyed themselves, and had lots of fun.

 

 

Tell Me That You Love Me

With everything in place, it was time for the couple’s wedding ceremony. White garden chairs led to two incredible floral arrangements. The beautiful white flowers popped against the lush greenery.

 

 

Guests arrived and enjoyed a little champagne before taking their seats. Dylan, escorted by his parents, made his way down the aisle first.

 

 

The wedding party made their entrance, and these three led the way for Kaitlin’s arrival.

 

 

Escorted by her father, Kaitlin made her way down the aisle to “Sun Flower” by Vitamin String Quartet.

 

 

The couple changed wedding vows and rings, seeing their vows with a kiss before making a grand exit to ¨Tell Me That You Love Me by Galantos and Throttle.

 

 

Newlywed Note: Always stop partway up the aisle for a quick kiss. It makes excellent photos.

 

A Little Florida Flavor

Wedding guests headed to the Belleair Terrace for cocktails and hors d’ oeuvres with some local flair. 

The flavorful Florida bites included Bacon Wrapped Scallops, Ceviche of Snapper, Fresh Mango and Cilantro, Mini Cuban Sandwiches, Petite Crab Cakes with Passion Fruit Mayonnaise, and Conch Fritters with Crispy Arugula and Lime Aioli.

 

Learnin’ To Reid!

Inside the ballroom, all the details were in place for the newlywed’s sneak peek at the decor. 

 

 

Tables were surrounded by clear acrylic chairs and draped with crisp white linens. Blue napkins and vintage-inspired blue glasses added a pop of color against the lush greenery and white flowers.

We love the textures in the sweetheart table, the oversized letters and the fun neon signs hung on hedge walls.

 

 

We’re happy to see that Kaitlin and Dylan were happy with the results of all of their planning.

 

 

Following their introduction, the newlyweds made their way to the dance floor for their first dance to “Thank God” by Kane Brown.

 

The evening continued with parent dances, touching toasts, and a delicious dinner with a Coffee and Dessert Bar.

 

 

Beyond that, the dance floor was packed as everyone danced the night away.
