Special Moments was recommended to me by a friend, and it was the best decision I could have made. I reached out to multiple planners, but after speaking with Tammy, it was a no brainer to go with Special Moments. I hired them for day-of coordination and began working with Jennifer about 30 days out. I’m a pretty organized person and never thought I would need a planner, but as the stress began to build, there is no way I could have got through it without her. Get Ready and Relax!

The couple chose not to see each other until their wedding ceremony and spent the morning relaxing and getting ready. They took some time for individual portraits. Bryan and his wedding party headed off to Green Bench Brewing Co for some photos before the wedding.

 

Spectacular Rooftop Ceremony Details

We adore their rooftop wedding ceremony. The details are amazing and so incredibly personal.   A diamond-shaped wedding structure swagged with flowers in rich, bold colors created a beautiful backdrop.

The personal details included a simple shamrock bouquet placed on a chair in honor of the bride’s grandmother, having their wedding officiated by a relative, and an appearance by a special guest.

Bryan smiled ear to ear as his beautiful bride was escorted down the aisle by her mother.

Alfie, their precious pup, made a guest appearance just before Laura and Bryan exchanged their wedding vows.

 

Laura and Bryan exchanged their wedding vows, sealing them with a kiss in an explosion of Flutter FETTI followed by their recessional to ‘Ain’t It A Kick In The Head’ by Dean Martin.

 

Alfie, the Wedding Party, and Signature Cocktails

After the wedding ceremony, the newlyweds took some photos with Alfie before heading off for some pictures with their wedding party.

Wedding guests relaxed and enjoyed some lite bites and the couple’s fun signature cocktails -The Alfredo and The Philly Special.

 

Dinner, Dancing, and a Surprise Toast

Inside the ballroom, the final touches were being put in place. Tables were filled with gold urns filled with deep burgundy florals and greenery. Gold table numbers, charges, and votive candles completed the look. The diamond-shaped ceremony structure was placed behind their head table and was a great accent against the brick wall.

Following their introduction, the newlyweds took to the dancefloor for their first dance to ‘I’ve Got You Under My Skin’ by Frank Sinatra.

The evening was filled with delicious food and touching toasts, including a surprise, videotaped toast by their Maid of Honor, who could not travel to the wedding.

The incredible wedding ended with the bride and groom cutting their wedding cake served alongside a fantastic dessert bar and the last dance to ‘Ain’t No Mountain High Enough.’
