A Davis Islands Garden Club Wedding

Rachel and Marc’s Davis Islands Garden Club wedding was an expression of two incredible people. The relaxed vibe and beautiful color story were perfect for them.

 

 

The morning was filled with time to chill with their wedding party. It also included hair and makeup for Rachel and the ladies.

 

First Look

We love a great first look! Rachel and Marc’s first look and the portrait session were so much fun, and we loved how they interacted.

 

 

Fly Me To The Moon

Family and friends enjoyed a refreshing beverage as they gathered on the lawn for a beautiful outdoor wedding ceremony. Dark wood chairs led the way to a wooden structure accented with greenery and white flowers.

With everyone in place, Rachel made her entrance to Millionaire by Chris Stapleton. After exchanging rings and wedding vows, the newlyweds sealed their vows with a kiss before exiting to “Fly Me To The Moon!”

 

 

Leave A Message At The Tone

The newlyweds headed off for some additional photos. Meanwhile, guests enjoyed cocktails and hors d’oeuvres. They also had a little fun leaving the couple messages and best wishes on their audio guestbook.

 

 

Always Remember Us This Way

The Davis Islands Garden Club lawn was set with rustic wooden farmhouse tables and dark wood chairs. Each was accented with herbs in terra cotta pots, live plants with floral accents, and chunky candles in tall glass cylinders. Each pacesetting held a glass charger plate with a gold beaded rim and a custom wedding favor.

 

 

Following introductions, Rachel and Marc took to the dance floor for their first dance to “Remember Us This Way” by Lady Gaga.

 

 

The evening continued with parent dances, a welcome by the bride and groom, and a delicious buffet dinner. Toasts by the Best Man and Maid of Honor led into the couple opening the dance floor for the evening.

 

 

With a brief stop for the cake cutting and dessert, the newlyweds and their guests danced the night away.
