A Clearwater Beach Jewish Wedding

Our Special Moments Event Planning team loves the beauty and tradition of a traditional Jewish wedding. From the loving private family moments that go behind the scenes to the traditions surrounding the wedding ceremony and the fun and touching moments of the reception.

Rachel and Samuel’s recent Clearwater Beach was no exception. We love the details and special moments that flow throughout the wedding day.

 

Rachel and Sam’s First Look

After each spent the morning with their wedding party having breakfast and getting ready, they met up inside the hotel for their first look.

 

Ketubah Signing

The Ketubah signing is one of the most essential parts of a Jewish wedding. We love seeing the beautiful artwork that accompanies this marriage contract.

The ketubah is signed by the couple and their chosen witnesses in a gathering with a small group of family and close friends.

 

Up On The Roof

On the hotel’s Sky Terrace, the couple’s beautiful chuppah was in place for the wedding ceremony. The ceremony structure was draped in soft white fabric and decorated with floral arrangements in shades of white and blush.

With guests gathered together, the wedding processional began culminating with Rachel being escorted to the chuppah by her parents. We love the look of excitement on Samuel’s face as his bride approached.

The wedding ceremony that followed was both beautiful and touching. The photos of the bride and groom wrapped in a tallis are some of our favorite images of the day.

As tradition dictates, following the wedding ceremony, the couple spent time alone in the bridal suite as wedding guests enjoyed cocktail hour on the Bellaire Terrace.

 

An Evening of Family, Food, and Dancing

Following their time together, the newlyweds made their entrance at the wedding reception. They took to the dance floor for their first dance as husband and wife, dancing to “Marry Me” by Train!

Following dances with their parents, the evening proceeded with traditional blessings of bread and wine.

The reception continued with a delicious dinner, toasts, and cake cutting before the newlyweds opened the dance floor with an energetic hora.
