Daria and Cole’s Tampa Bay Watch Wedding

Our Special Moments Event Planning team thoroughly enjoyed working with Daria and Cole on their stunning Tierra Verde wedding at Tampa Bay Watch.

They were so sweet, kind, and patient as we helped them find a new venue after not one but two hurricanes damaged their initial wedding venue.

 

 

Getting Ready

For Daria and the ladies, the day began with some fun group photos before they received their hair and makeup services in the bridal suite. The team beautifully captured wedding details, photos with Bolt (who is just adorable!), as well as pictures of them getting ready.

 

 

Across the hotel, Cole and the guys were chilling out, hoping to strike it rich with some scratch-offs and getting ready for Cole to see his bride-to-be.

 

A Moment With Dad

Dressed and ready, Daria had a first look and a little private time with her dad before heading off to see Cole for their first look.

With Cole tucked away on the hotel’s balcony, Daria rounded the corner for their first look. It was too cute for words as they both fought back tears. They took advantage of the private moment to share some personal vows before heading to Tampa Bay Watch.

 

A Few Photos

Before heading to the wedding venue, the couple took a few portraits together and got in some photos with their wedding party and family.

 

A Waterfront Wedding Ceremony

On the waterfront just outside of Tampa Bay, white garden chairs created an aisle adorned with fresh flowers. A simple wooden cross, dressed in flowers, created the perfect backdrop. The addition of a string duo added to the atmosphere.

 

Wildest Dreams

With everyone in place, Cole looked on as Daria, escorted by her father, made her way down the aisle to “Wildest Dreams” by Taylor Swift.

 

 

The couple exchanged rings and vows, sealing their bond with a kiss, and exited to another Taylor Swift song, “Enchanted.”

 

All Together Now!

At the end of the wedding ceremony, all of the newlyweds’ family and friends gathered for one big group photo. 

 

 

Everyone made their way to the venue’s balcony for cocktails and light bites. After enjoying time with everyone, Daria and Cole made their way to the dock for more incredible photos.

 

From The Ground Up

The second-floor Tampa Bay Watch ballroom overlooking the waterfront was set with white garden chairs and tables draped in white linen. Light blue napkins, paired with custom menu cards, and accented with blue and white flowers, along with floating candles, completed the look.

 

Eat, Drink, and Be Married!

With everyone seated, the newlyweds and their wedding party made their grand entrance. Daria and Cole took to the dance floor for their first dance to “From The Ground Up” by Dan and Shay.

 

A blessing by the bride’s brother was followed by an excellent buffet dinner. During dinner, Daria and Cole snuck out for some magnificent sunset photographs!

 

 

Returning, the night continues with toasts, a welcome by the newlyweds, parent dances, and cake cutting.

 

 

The evening continued with dancing and late-night snacks before closing out the night with a last dance to “American Pie.”

 

 

Congratulations, Daria and Cole! We wish you both a lifetime of happiness.

I would recommend Tammy and her team at Special Moments event planning 1000 times over, if you are looking for a wedding planner! They are the best of the best. We were referred by family friends and they were not wrong when they told us we would be in the best hands with Tammy. We went with her Royal Moments package and had the PERFECT day. This team really brought my vision to life!

One of the biggest helps was Tammy’s amazing relationships with her vendors. She had a person for everything you could think of and everyone was amazing to work with! Tammy especially saved us when our original venue was affected by Hurricane Helene and Milton and we could no longer hold our wedding there. Through her amazing connections, she was able to connect us right away with Tampa Bay Watch who had our same date available. It felt like a miracle and everything seemed like it had happened for a reason because it turned out even better and more beautiful than I could have imagined.

Tammy was organized, communicative, and really thought of everything and took care of everything for the day of. There was no stone unturned! The Ceremony and Reception set up could not have been more perfect and everything went so smoothly. It was everything we dreamed of.

We received so many compliments of the day and so many people told us it was the best wedding they had ever been to! We will never forget this day and how amazing it was. We can’t thank Tammy and her Team at Special Moments enough. 🤍
