The Rusty Pelican is an adorable wedding venue located off the coast of Tampa on the shores of Old Tampa Bay. Its waterfront location offers beautiful backdrops for wedding ceremonies and reception, not to mention spectacular sunsets.

Established in 1978, The Rusty Pelican offers several incredible options for rehearsal dinners and weddings for up to 200 guests with dancing or a more intimate celebration.

And, they’ve just recently completed some updates and renovations!

 

Weddings at The Rusty Pelican

The Rusty Pelican checks many boxes. It offers a waterfront Wedding Gazebo for those who choose to exchange their wedding vows on site.

The waterfront location offers you some spectacular backdrops for wedding portraits! They have outdoor patios, which are an excellent option for your cocktail hour, and the ballrooms have incredible floor-to-ceiling windows!

They offer various Wedding Catering Package options with different inclusions and bar packages. You can easily upgrade your hors d’oeuvres or entrees add on a carving item of an interactive station. And their food and service are outstanding!

 

Choosing A Space For Your Wedding

The Rusty Pelican’s Grand Ballroom accommodates approximately 200 guests with a nice dance floor and magnificent views.

The Pelican Room is ideal for smaller weddings, accommodating 100 guests with dancing and the same incredible views.

And the Tampa, Coral, or Bay Rooms are smaller spaces that can work for cocktail hour, intimate weddings, or rehearsal dinners. Additionally, they often host post-wedding brunches and wedding showers too!
