Kelsey and Albert’s Tampa Bay Wedding

If you are like our Special Moments Event Planning team, all it takes is one look at Kelsey and Albert to see how much in love they are.

It’s All About Family

For them, their incredible Tampa Bay wedding was all about family. They were surrounded by people who love, adore, and support them. And it was what made their wedding day so special.

Nearly everyone in both of the couple’s wedding party was related to each other. For us, those special moments were watching each of their mothers interacting with their children and each other.

Kelsey’s mom assisted her in getting dressed before her first look with her father and Albert’s mom, making sure he looked sharp. It’s definitely a family thing. All you had to do was watch the couple with all four of their grandmothers.

The Couple’s Wedding Attire

Kelsey looks stunning in her lace embellished wedding gown with a deep V neckline. Her mantilla styles veil with lace edges was possibly the longest veil we have ever seen. Her crystal headband complimented her crystal-studded Badgley Mischka wedding shoes.

The bride’s blush and cream cascading bridal bouquet set the color story for the wedding, combining blush and rose gold.  One of many very personal details was the inclusion of lockets in her bouquet.

Albert took a very classic approach, looking very handsome in a black tuxedo with a silk shawl collar, a wing-tip collar with a black bow tie. Cufflinks, white pocket square, and a white ranunculus boutonniere completed this very polished look.

Going To The Chapel

Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Tampa has a massive sanctuary. The church required assigned seating, so our team designed pew numbers that we tied with satin ribbon to every other pew’s ends. These numbers corresponded to a seating chart in the back of the sanctuary. With ushers escorting family groups to their assigned pew number, physically distant seating was a breeze!

To say that these two mothers were excited to see their children marry, and two families come together might be the century’s understatement!

It’s About Time

It was very important to Kelsey and Albert to make sure that they had time for photos at the church for pictures with each segment of their extended families. But, also to build in plenty of time alone for photos together.

And the results are spectacular!

Personalized Wedding Touches

The rose gold and blush wedding at the Grand Hyatt Tampa Bay included champagne crush linen with beautiful embroidered sheer overlays, blush napkins, and rose gold chargers. Custom menu cards, personalized gold name plaques, and rose gold kissing bells completed the look.

Personalized cocktail napkins in cream, blush, and gold accompanied individually plated passed hors d ‘oeuvres. Individual monogrammed, bite-sized desserts, outstanding Tampa made Arturo Fuente cigars, and delicious empanadas from the groom’s family business added special and very personal touches.

Kelsey and Albert’s evening, filled with emotional family moments, ended with the newlyweds cutting this stunning four-tier champagne and gold wedding cake overflowing with blush and white flowers. The hand-piped L on the wedding cake was not the only notable detail. The couple fed each other wedding cake from a vintage-inspired plate embellished with their names and wedding date on Mr. and Mrs. Forks.
