No Fuss Formal Wear!

There’s an old wedding adage that the groom’s duties include buying a ring, renting a tux, and showing up. 

Clearly, things have changed a lot in recent years. We see the groom being involved in nearly every aspect of wedding planning.

However, one aspect of wedding planning, for grooms, remains essentially unchanged over the years.

Couples have found that renting a tuxedo or suit can still be problematic. There are a lot of things that can present their challenges.

We see lots of destination weddings. You may have the couple in one city, the groomsmen in several others across the country, or around the globe, and no one in the Tampa Bay Area, where the wedding might be.

So, not everyone may have access to the same style and colors of tuxedos in their hometown, but there can be huge issues with making sure everything fits before you jump on a plane and head off to the destination wedding.

Recently, our Special Moments Event Planning team has partnered with Jim’s Formal Wear. This incredible company has been in the men’s formal wear business for over sixty years. 

 

 

 

 

They have implemented environmental practices at their distribution centers to reduce their carbon footprint and are recognized for their charitable contributions.

They offer more than forty tuxedo and suit styles for rental or purchase, along with all the necessary accessories. Their selections include some amazing colors perfect for beach weddings!

 

 

And they make everything incredibly easy for you!

 

How Easy?

With more than 4,500 retailers nationwide, you can easily browse and select styles and colors in person or online.

Beyond that, your wedding party can visit a local retailer, fill out a simple form with all the information, and place the order in-store.

Tuxedos can be picked up in-store or shipped to their home in time to try them on before the wedding, usually 5-10 days before!

It’s that simple, and with six rentals, the groom’s tuxedo is free!

 

What Could Be Easier Than That?

Technology has made this process even easier! Too busy to go in for a fitting, or no retailer near one of your guys? (Unlikely, but hey, it happens)

You can now take two full-length photos on your phone and upload them to the app. Your measurements are calculated in 60 seconds and uploaded to your order!

 

 

And JFW also carries Big and Tall sizes as well as children’s sizes.

Tuxedos are shipped to your groomsmen’s home, office, or the destination wedding in enough time to try them on and make any necessary adjustments in time for the wedding.

Oh, and did we mention that if you’re using Direct Delivery, you can ship the tux back the day after the wedding with a prepaid shipping label!
