Navitha and Mark’s Tampa Bay Wedding

Working with Navitha and Mark on their Tampa Bay wedding was a treat. 

 

 

Not only did our Special Moments Event Planning team work with them on planning and coordinating the wedding, but we also created custom paper products for their wedding day.

And it was especially sweet for Tammy as their wedding ceremony was held in the church we she grew up!

 

Getting The Day Rolling

For the bride and her wedding party, the day began at her family home. Hair and makeup services were provided onsite. We LOVE her long cascading white bouquet with white anthurium, orchids, and roses.

 

 

Across the bay, Mark was getting ready for this big day. In their separate locations, each took some photos before heading off for the wedding ceremony, with Navitha and her father riding in a classic white Rolls Royce.

 

With This Ring

The church’s beautiful sanctuary was dressed with a white aisle runner, nosegays of white flowers, and a soft white ribbon. The altar was set with oversized white floral arrangements and lush greenery.

As guests arrived, they received a wedding program and ribbon wands for the couple’s recessional.

 

 

The brilliant stained glass wall was the backdrop for a beautiful wedding ceremony that was personal and filled with touching moments.

 

 

Following the wedding ceremony, the couple took photos in the sanctuary before heading across the bay for a night filled with fantastic food and fun.

 

 

Classic White and Gold

While the ballroom received its final touches, guests enjoyed cocktails, and the couple explored the hotel and took some incredible photos.

 

 

The ballroom was filled with classic white and gold details. Soft linens draped the tables, and they were surrounded by gold chairs. Tablescapes combine lush white overhead arrangements on gold candelabras, with other tables combining low arrangements with floating candles.

 

 

Each place setting held the guests’ place card, a custom menu card as a wine glass favor, with children receiving unique gift bags.

 

 

The couple’s sweetheart table was jaw-dropping! Two tall white arrangements flanked a large frame of lush flowers with gold lanterns. The couple’s table was filled with candles, greenery, and flowers.

 

 

Dance The Night Away

Following introductions, the newlyweds took to the dance floor for their first dance as husband and wife, followed by a welcome toast, a blessing, and a delicious dinner.

 

 

Toasts from the couple’s wedding party were interspersed between the courses. The couple took to the dance floor for a second time for dances with their parents before cutting their wedding cake.

 

 

Guests were treated to a performance by some traditional Indian dancers before enjoying a fantastic dessert display and dancing the night away.
