Gold Dinosaurs, Laughter & Lots of Fun Wedding – Rialto Theater- Heather & Mike

They wanted Fun; it was that simple. When Heather and Mike hired our Special Moments Event Planning team for Wedding Day Management, they wanted to make sure that everything at their Tampa wedding went smoothly. They had been referred to us by their Caterer to make things run smoothly and also because the venue requires a Coordinator for your event. Heather and Mike wanted to have fun at their wedding and make sure all of their family and friends did too. The Rialto Theater was the perfect location for a beautiful wedding ceremony and fun reception! The attention-getting headlines on signs directing guests and the brightly colored mailbox for cards reflected their interest to keep things light and fun too. They added some fun details like the gold dinosaurs that went well with the Toy Story T-Rex t-shirt Mike wore under his suit. Thanks to our coordination mission was accomplished and everybody had a blast and no worries, just pure Fun !!
