Romantic Flowers and Rose Gold

Grace and Thomas found our Special Moments Event Planning team online and hired us before they even looked at wedding venues. They came to town and we toured seven wedding venues and when they got to the Sandpearl on Clearwater Beach they fell in love and the rest was history.

Grace left us the nicest review and it sums up most of the wedding planning:

First off I want to start off by saying that I have heard over and over again how beautiful our wedding turned out. Our guests were completely taken back. We have to agree. Our wedding was the most beautiful and perfect day that we could have ever imagined.

We cannot stop talking about how much fun we had.

Being from out of town we did have a hard time deciding on if we wanted a planner for our event, but once we found Tammy- special moments- we couldn’t resist. Tammy was there every step of the way.

Everyone that she recommended was top of the line and we trusted her with every decision that she helped us make. We never doubted her decisions and we are so thankful for the friendship that we had built.

I trusted Tammy and her team to bring our thoughts and ideas to real life she took our dream wedding and turned it into the most amazing wedding ever.

I wanted to feel and have a princess wedding and that is what we got. I could not stop smiling from ear to ear when she asked us to view the reception before everyone else.

We would like to say, everything was absolutely perfect. it was truly a dream come true. We are so thankful for all of the team’s hard work.

To add something different to the music mix, the guests were asked to make song requests; a perfect way to make your guests feel part of the party.

A sushi display provided a contemporary chic element.

Soft romantic flowers were displayed in various forms throughout the venue, from tall glass vases to the bridal bouquet.

Rose gold added a touch of elegance to the chargers and votive candles.

The bride changed into this adorable pair of flamingo flats, one of many personal touches included in their wedding day.

The couple wanted photos of their guests at their table before dinner. So, James from Grant Hemond DJ’s played Freeze Frame and our Special Moments Event Planning team went to each table to gather guests.  Then the Bride & Groom jumped from table to table for pictures. When the song ended they were at the last table and everybody thought it was a blast and the music really made it all come together.
