• Our Hemingway Room can accommodate up to 50 guests and is perfect for rehearsal dinners and petite receptions. It is a charming private dining room located within our Jimmy Guana’s Restaurant featuring hardwood floors and tropical greenery on the ceiling.

• Our Pelican-Sandpiper Room can accommodate up to 120 guests. It is conveniently located on our main lobby level and has access to our charming open air arcade area.

• The Key West Center is our largest special event facility and can accommodate up to 250 guests. It is the independent standing building with a wrap-around porch overlooking Lake Harbourside with the fountain.

All of our special event rooms are reserved by food and beverage minimums. You may meet those minimums with any selections you choose from our catering menus.

The bride and groom receive a complimentary one night hotel stay with completed qualifying catering contract.
Discounted guest room rates are also available for your attendees associated with your catering contract.

We offer complete destination wedding services at extremely affordable pricing. Please refer to the attached file for details and pricing information. We have two on-site destination wedding coordinators to assist with your details from ceremony officiant, photography, video and floral services.

There are many beautiful ceremony sites here on property. There are no additional fees associated with choosing to use any location on site for a ceremony and are welcome and encouraged to do so.
